Betterbusy Restoration is a referral service. We do not hire employees to do restoration work. Instead, we connect homeowners in Grand Rapids and the Greater Grand Rapids area with independent providers. If you run a water damage business, you may be a fit for our network.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who serve homeowners in Michigan and who take the work seriously. That could include companies that handle:

• Water extraction and structural drying
• Flooded basement cleanup
• Storm and burst pipe damage
• Mold concerns that follow water damage

Experience with older frame houses, bungalows and sump pump basements is a plus. These homes can hold surprises, and homeowners value providers who know how to look carefully.

What We Expect

Providers in our network are independent. You run your own business and set your own prices. In return, we ask that you:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Give homeowners clear, written quotes
• Explain your findings in plain language
• Talk honestly about what could cause the water to return
• Make no promises you cannot keep, especially about insurance

We also ask that you be upfront about your availability. Hours and response times vary by company, and homeowners need accurate answers.
